LeVar Burton Is Planning To Read To Us Again, Beginning This Friday

The reason we all know that the answer is “in a book” is because LeVar Burton told us for over 26 years via the Reading Rainbow. Now the cultural icon is planning to help everyone quarantining by extending his podcast, LeVar Burton Reads, to a livestream via Twitter Live.

Burton is blessing us with three sessions on a weekly basis. They kick off this Friday beginning with a reading for adults at 9PM ET, followed by a session for children every Monday at 12PM ET and one for young adults every Wednesday at 6PM ET. In other words, he has everyone covered!

It’s like our childhood all over again and it’s the perfect calm and good that we need right now.
