Raise your voice!
As we celebrate Black history month we have to pay homage to our “Black National Anthem” – Lift Ev’ry Voice and Sing. Written as a poem by NAACP leader James Weldon Johnson and set to music by his brother John Rosamond Johnson in 1899, this iconic song has uplifted our people for generations.
