The Basketball Court That Angel Reese Grew Up Playing On Has Been Named In Her Honor

The Angel Reese Court is now open and ready for hooping!

2023 NCAA D1 champion Angel Reese recently received her ESPY for Best Breakthrough Athlete and now she’s bringing it home with a win in her backyard. 

The same court that she played on as a young girl has been restored and has been renamed ‘Angel Reese Court,’ in the LSU star’s honor. 

There was a ceremony to show off the new court at the Scotts Branch Recreation Activity Center where she cut the ribbon and had a chance to share words of encouragement for children that look just like her! 

We can’t wait to see her take all these off-season wins back on the court. Congratulations, Angel!
