This past weekend, HBCUs dominated the National Cheerleader Association National Championships in Daytona.
North Carolina A&T’s Aggies secured the first-ever HBCU victory in the Intermediate Division, taking home the National Champion title!

They weren’t the only ones celebrating – Xavier University of Louisiana (XULA) also clinched the National Championship in the Advanced Large Coed NAIA category, marking its second national title in five years!

Jackson State and Tennessee State also brought home impressive finishes, placing 5th and 11th, respectively. Additionally, the Morgan State Cheer Bears secured a strong second-place finish in the All-Girl Intermediate Division.
