A group of all Black women judges recently heard arguments before the Appellate Division First Department of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, the New York Law Journal reports. A historic first for New York, the judges included Presiding Justice Dianne T. Renwick, Justice Tanya Kennedy, Justice Marsha D. Michael, Justice Bahaati Pitt-Burke and Justice Troy Webber.
