The Hollywood Walk of Fame has revealed its Class of 2025 honorees, featuring icons like Prince, Nia Long, Busta Rhymes, and Fantasia, who will soon receive their stars.
The honorees, selected by the Walk of Fame Selection Panel of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, were announced by Niecy Nash, Jimmy Jam, and Joe Mantegna on June 24. The stars were chosen in various categories, including motion pictures, television, recording, live theater/live performance, radio, and sports entertainment.
Reacting to the news, several of the honorees, including Fantasia, shared their excitement on Instagram. “Little girl from High Point, North Carolina, made it to the [Hollywood Walk of Fame]. Wow!!!! I’m lost for words. God kept every promise,” Fantasia wrote.
Other notable inductees in the Hollywood Walk of Fame Class of 2025 include Sherri Shepherd, The Isley Brothers, Misty Copeland, Courtney B. Vance, and NAACP Image Awards creator Toni Vaz.
