Michael B. Jordan is breaking box office records with his directorial debut of Creed III.
Last week, we reported that Michael B. Jordan received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, two days before the release of Creed III. Now the movie is in theaters and breaking box office records!
Starring Michael B. Jordan and Jonathan Majors, Creed III tells a story of brotherhood, and with an 87% on Rotten Tomatoes, people are loving it! According to Variety, the film has already crossed the $100 million global box office mark, becoming the highest-grossing opening in history for a sports movie.
The movie has earned $58.7 million USD in North America and $41.8 million USD overseas. As the franchise progressed, the films received a bigger budget; Creed III’s budget was $75 million and now they’re seeing their greatest numbers yet.
