The reading series will take place every Monday on PBS Kids and Penguin Random House Facebook pages as well as on PBS Kids’ YouTube page. Obama took to social media to express her excitement about the series. “I’m thrilled to share some of my favorite children’s books and give kids an opportunity to practice their reading (while giving families a much-needed break!),” she said.
The read-along begins this Monday, April 20th at 12pm EST and continues every Monday until May 11th. For more information follow @PBSKids on social media.
We can’t wait for this! It’s not everyday your kids get to read with The First Lady!
