Sha’Carri Richardson & Noah Lyles Star in New Netflix Documentary About Fastest Humans Alive

Just in time for the highly anticipated Paris Olympics!

Netflix has released a new sports series titled SPRINT, a documentary that showcases the incredible journey of ‘The World’s Fastest Humans.’ The film stars Sha’Carri Richardson and Noah Lyles, both of whom were named the 2023 USATF Athletes of the Year. Despite their young age, these two have already achieved so much. Lyles, recognized as ‘The World’s Fastest Man’ by TIME magazine, and Richardson, one of the fastest women in the world, are sure to inspire viewers with their remarkable accomplishments.

The documentary follows the journey of seven world class track and field athletes in their journey from the 2023 World Championships to the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. Executive produced by Paul Martin, James Gay-Rees, and Warren Smith at Box to Box Films (Drive to Survive), the documentary will give behind-the-scenes footage of the triumphs and trials faced by Lyles, Richardson, Shericka Jackson (Jamaica), Zharnel Hughes (England), Lamont Marcell Jacobs (Italy), Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce (Jamaica), and Elaine Thompson (Jamaica). 

“It takes a special talent, both physically and mentally, to succeed in a world where your fate is decided in just 10 seconds,” World Athletics president Sebastian Coe previously told Netflix.
